Hey, I’m Jess. I like to eat… and to explore… and let’s be honest, to sip a bit too.

That’s been the theme of every great adventure near or far – whether I’m hitting the road to explore the next town over from my home base (Boise, Idaho), or hopping on a plane to cross the ocean for an out-of-country sojourn. I have an insatiable need to discover that hidden gem, the beautiful vista, a memorable jaunt, that hole-in-the-wall, and the local’s favorite. And most of all to share it with friends.  It’s in the sharing of the story of the great find that an experience lives beyond just a mere moment.
